Hytrel

As an elastomer of the polyester family, HYTREL is a thermoplastic resin containing various characteristics of highly functional elastomers and
of flexible plastics. HYTREL has excellent impact resistance, elasticity, creep resistance, elasticity in low temperatures, and retention of
properties in high temperatures. It especially demonstrates powerful resistance to chemicals, oils, and solvents.

High functional HYTREL grade numbers of high productivity follow the below standards
  • First Two Number - Solidity, Durometer D :
  • Third Number - No meaning
  • Fourth Number - Antioxidants 0~5: Discoloration
    6~9 : Non-discoloration
  • Suffix - Special function or color
    These standards do not apply to special grades and agricultural products
* Marked characteristics refer to standard ingredients. Able to mix stabilizers and additives to HYTREL in order to avoid aging from ultraviolet
   rays and enhance heat resistance and hydrolytic stability
